Join WLI's Risk Consulting Division for a series of audio conferences on various risk management topics, starting with a replay of the program "Disclosure of Adverse Events - Training for Clinicians for Real Time Coaching". The program will be offered Wed, July 8 at 12pm CST and is free to current WLI clients. Additional program dates will be announced in the next few weeks, and will include topics such as Implementing a Disclosure Program, Lessons Learned from a Trial , Engaging Physicians in RCAs, Disruptive Providers' Impact on Care, Effective Allied Health Professional Supervision and others.

Online Invoicing
WLI is pleased to announce our new online invoicing process. Rather than submitting your invoices to each claims administrator via email, you will now send them through WLI's website where they will be electronically processed.
Current defense firms should forward to Paula Prestridge (paula_prestridge@ajg.com) the name and email address of the person at your firm who will be inputting your invoices.

WLI has taken the steps to enhance Genesis and to modify its claim handling procedures in order to ensure that its clients will be fully compliant with all reporting requirements.
